Under the agreement, 360 Energy will represent BigSur Energy in the United States, while BigSur Energy will represent 360 Energy in Argentina and across the broader Latin American region.
From an operating relationship to a regional platform
The partnership is built on an existing operational track record. In Texas, 360 Energy has played a central role in the execution of BigSur Energy’s stranded gas capture and monetization projects across multiple sites.
This collaboration has enabled both companies to combine upstream energy capabilities, on-site power generation and high-density data center infrastructure under a single operating model.
The new agreement formalizes that relationship and extends it geographically.

Expansion into Argentina
As BigSur Energy advances its operations in Argentina, the company will assume representation and operational responsibility for 360 Energy’s projects in the country.
360 Energy will support BigSur Energy’s entry into the Argentine market by contributing its experience in the development and operation of off-grid energy projects in the United States.
The first initiative under this framework is a 20 MW off-grid project in Argentina, with an initial investment of US$25 million.
Complementary capabilities
The agreement brings together 360 Energy’s experience in the U.S. energy market and BigSur Energy’s knowledge of the Argentine energy sector, as well as its proven operating model for converting stranded and underutilized gas into reliable power for high-density computing applications.
This includes Bitcoin mining, AI infrastructure and other compute-intensive workloads.
By combining local market access, operational execution and energy infrastructure capabilities, both companies are creating a platform for the development of new projects across the United States and Latin America.
